offer several onsite services.
Onsite
pc repair - for when you do not
have the time or resources to get your system fixed
on your own or don't know where to take it. (Drive time
and hourly charges may apply)
Onsite
upgrade service - We come to you
and upgrade your system if capable. Upgrades can and
may include memory, hard drive, cd, cdrw, dvd, processor,
and mainboards. (Dependant on what you want done and
drive times and hourly charges may apply)
Onsite
PM service - Preventive maintenance
is the ideal way to keep your system running at peak
performance. Our PM service includes cleaning all cooling
fans, removing dust and dirt, cleaning mainboard, heatsinks,
secondary board contacts, floppy and removable drive,
and several other tests and functions to help your system
run smoothly. Yearly,quarterly and monthly contracts
are available, please contact us for your rates (*Any
parts that may be needed due to failed or failing items
in your system will be charged separately)
System
backups - We offer annual contracts
to back up and safely store your system data with M
& M Computer Systems. Contract charges will be dependant
on weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis. call for your
quote today
System
restoration - System crashed and
you just looking to restore to original condition. Sometimes
it is just better to start over, that is why we can
help you restore your system to it's original state.
Hourly rate will apply, see our rates
and fees page(**Certain restrictions may apply)
* Parts required whether
due to failed or failing components in the system may
require additional charges and will be billed accordingly.
We will not be held responsible for parts failing before
or after preventive maintenance has been performed.
If system is under M & M Computer Systems warranty,
any and all parts will be replaced according to current
warranty specifications.
** Restoration procedures
may vary and will usually require the original restore
disks if it is a tier 1 manufacturer (HP®, Compaq®,
Gateway®, Dell®). If system is not tier 1 then any and
all software, licences, and drivers disks will be required.
If any drivers must be located, found, downloaded, extracted,
etc... additional fees will apply
